Lavelle Networks announces the end-of-sale and end-of life dates for ALL ScaleAOn releases, released BEFORE 1st July, 2024

Purpose

The technological landscape is continuously evolving. This ongoing change limits the lifespan of all technical devices and makes End-of-Life (EOL) planning one of the most critical phases of the technology lifecycle. Products reach the end of their Product Life Cycle for a number of reasons. These reasons may be due to market demands, technology innovation or just that the products have matured and needed to be replaced to offer improved and/or new technologies.

Scope

Lavelle Networks End of Life Policy applies to all Lavelle Networks hardware, software, cloud services and service offers.

Definitions

EOL Notification Date

The date on which end-of-life milestones for a product are communicated.

End of Sale (EOS)

The product is no longer offered for sale after this date.

End of Life (EOL)

The last day that a product will be supported by Lavelle Networks.

End of Support (EOST)

The last date to receive support as entitled by active service contracts.

February 10, 2025

Proposed Replacement

For those with active service contracts, the recommended version to transition is ScaleAOn R12.x release. Please reach out your Lavelle Networks Sales or Customer Support to plan the software upgrade.
